1. SCOPE

The following terms and conditions apply to all orders via our online shop by consumers and entrepreneurs.

A ‘consumer’ in the sense of the following regulations is every natural person who concludes a legal transaction which, to an overwhelming extent, cannot be attributed to either his commercial or independent professional activities. The term ‘businessman’ refers to every natural person, legal person or legally responsible partnership that concludes a legal transaction in pursuance of his/its independent professional or commercial activity.

The following applies to businessman's: If the businessman uses conflicting or supplementary general terms and conditions, their validity is hereby contradicted; they only become part of the contract if we have expressly agreed to this.

2. CONTRACTUAL PARTNERS, CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT, CORRECTION POSSIBILITIES
The purchase contract is concluded with Buckfood GmbH.

The presentation of the products in the online shop does not represent a legally binding offer, but a non-binding online catalogue. You can initially place our products in the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before sending your binding order by using the steps provided for this purpose in the ordering process and use the explained correction aids. By clicking the order button, you submit a binding offer for the goods contained in the shopping cart. The receipt of your order will be confirmed by e-mail immediately after the order has been sent.

We accept your offer within two days by

* we issue a declaration of acceptance in a separate e-mail or
* we have the goods delivered or
* if applicable, the payment transaction is carried out by our service provider or the selected payment service provider. The execution time of the payment transaction depends on the selected payment method (see under "Payment").

The alternative that is relevant to you depends on which of the listed events occurs first.

3. CONTRACT LANGUAGE, CONTRACT TEXT STORAGE
The language(s) available for the conclusion of the contract: English

We save the text of the contract and send you the order data and our terms and conditions in text form. You can view the text of the contract in our customer login.

4. DELIVERY TERMS
Shipping costs are added to the stated product prices.

From an order value of €40.00 onwards, we deliver shipments free of cost within Germany. Otherwise, we charge €3.60 for shipment.

Delivery is only within Germany with DHL.

The delivery time is 2 - 4 days. Any deviating delivery times are indicated on the respective product page.

 

5. PAYMENT
The following payment methods are generally available in our shop:

PayPal
In order to pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A, 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg ("PayPal"), you must be registered with PayPal, identify yourself with your access data and confirm the payment order. The payment transaction is carried out by PayPal immediately after placing the order. You will receive further information during the ordering process.

If you select a payment method offered via the "Shopify Payments" payment service (credit card, Shop pay), the payment will be processed by the payment service provider Shopify International Limited, Victoria Buildings, 2nd floor, 1-2 Haddington Road, Dublin 4, D04 XN32, Ireland (im hereinafter: "Shopify"). The individual payment methods offered via Shopify are communicated to the customer in the seller's online shop. To process payments, Shopify can use other payment services for which special payment conditions may apply, to which the customer may be informed separately. Further information on "Shopify Payments" is available online at https://www.shopify.de/payments.

If you select the "Apple Pay" payment method, the payment will be processed via the payment service provider "Apple Distribution International" (Apple), Hollyhill Industrial Estate, Hollyhill, Cork, Ireland, under the applicable conditions: https://support.apple.com/de -de/HT203027 In this case, the seller already declares acceptance of the customer's offer at the point in time at which the customer completes the payment transaction.

If you select the payment method "Google Pay", the payment will be processed by the payment service provider "Google Ireland Limited", Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland, under the applicable conditions: https://payments.google.com/ payments/apis-secure/u/0/get_legal_document?ldo=0&ldt=googlepaytos&ldl=de and https://payments.google.com/payments/apis-secure/get_legal_document?ldo=0&ldt=privacynotice&ldl=de In this case, the Seller already accepts the customer's offer at the point in time when the customer completes the payment process.

6. REVOCATION RIGHT
You are entitled to the statutory right of revocation as described in the Refund Policy.

7. RESERVATION OF TITLE
The goods remain our property until full payment.

8. TRANSIT DAMAGE
The following applies to consumers: If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report such errors to the deliverer as soon as possible and please contact us immediately. The omission of a complaint or contact has no consequences for your legal claims and their enforcement, in particular your warranty rights. However, they help us to be able to assert our own claims against the carrier or the transport insurance.

9. WARRANTY
Unless otherwise expressly agreed below, the statutory applies Liability for defects.

10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in a dispute settlement procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
